EPR Silicone Rubber Insulated Cable

EPR Silicone Rubber Insulated Cables are specially designed for high-temperature and critical power applications where long service life, safety, and reliability are essential. These cables are widely used in electric utilities, nuclear and conventional power stations, and heavy industrial environments.

Silicone rubber insulation provides excellent circuit integrity during fire, low smoke emission, and halogen-free performance, making these cables ideal for safety-critical installations such as boilers, electric furnaces, ovens, dryers, and high-temperature generators.

K.M Cables & Conductors offer a complete range from 0.25 sq.mm to 240 sq.mm, manufactured as per IS 9968 Part 1 & 2, with a standard working voltage of 1100V. Special constructions and multicore variants with customized outer sheaths are also available. For temperatures exceeding 220°C, special silicone-coated constructions are provided to ensure flexibility and durability.
